Cholesterol
When your doctor says you have low cholesterol don't believe
him or her. Do your own research. If you're Canadian your cholesterol should
read below 3.9 mmol/l (for Americans it should be below 150mg/dl). But hey—don't take my word for it. Do some reading on
Dr. Caldwell B. Esselstyn or Dr. Ornish. They view cholesterol below 3.9/mmol/l (or 150mg/dl for Americans) as a zone that is "heart attach proof".
